Thai Massage at Laramee’s Therapies
Thai massage offers a more active style of bodywork than a conventional oil massage. It traditionally combines rhythmic pressure, gentle compression and assisted stretches to create a treatment that feels both grounding and energising.
What to expect
The treatment is usually performed through comfortable clothing and can be adapted to your flexibility, mobility and preferred intensity. You do not need to be naturally flexible: movements should feel controlled and comfortable, never forced.
Designed around you
- Pressure and stretching are adjusted throughout the session.
- Areas you would rather avoid can simply be left out.
- The pace can be restorative or more dynamic depending on your preference.
Please mention recent injuries, joint problems, pregnancy, surgery or mobility limitations before treatment so the session can be modified appropriately.
