Hydrotherapy at Laramee’s Therapies
Hydrotherapy uses water, warmth and controlled movement as part of a wellbeing experience. It can range from gentle immersion and heat-based relaxation to more targeted water techniques, depending on the facilities and treatment selected.
What to expect
Your session should begin with a short consultation covering comfort, temperature and any relevant health considerations. The emphasis is on an unrushed experience, with clear guidance before the treatment begins and time to settle afterwards.
Part of a slower wellbeing ritual
- Warmth and water can make the treatment feel particularly restorative.
- The pace can be kept gentle and low-stimulation.
- It can be paired with other relaxation-focused treatments where appropriate.
Hydrotherapy is not suitable in every circumstance. If you have cardiovascular concerns, reduced heat sensitivity, pregnancy, recent surgery or another relevant condition, please check suitability before booking.
