Salt Therapy at Laramee’s Therapies

Salt therapy is offered as a quiet wellbeing experience in a salt-focused environment. The session is designed around stillness, comfortable breathing and time away from the pace of everyday life.

What to expect

You can expect a low-key, restful session with minimal interruption. We recommend comfortable clothing and arriving with enough time to settle before the session starts. If the treatment uses dry salt aerosol or specialist equipment, the exact format and duration will be explained before you begin.

A note on wellbeing claims

Salt therapy is best approached as a relaxation and wellbeing experience. Evidence for treating respiratory or other medical conditions is mixed, so it should not replace medical advice or prescribed treatment.

If you have an active respiratory condition, are pregnant, or are unsure whether the environment is suitable for you, please check with us before booking.
